I bought another borescope back in Texas before, the kind that has to connect to a phone. It had noticeable video lag and wasn’t much good. This new one delivers sharp, smooth footage with no lag at all, plus the articulating lens bends around corners. It’s extremely practical.
Wish I would have bought this sooner, has saved me countless times already, one of my best purchases and a must have tool as an auto mechanic. Dropped a socket and extention while working on a car and couldn't fine where it went used the camera for a minute and found them in the fan shroud. Took really quality photos showing oil on the piston head. Used the camera to help get a bolt into an area I couldn't see at all and was in an awkward position where I couldn't feel where the hole was, placed the camera in the area and it made it a lot easier. Get this camera it'll save time and make things a lot easier.
This thing works fantastic! Slide the probe in, and you can see exactly what’s going on inside. Blockages, cracks, every issue is crystal clear. No more poking around or tearing things apart blindly. Customers can see the footage for themselves and understand the problem right away — saves me loads of explaining!
This is my review after a week of use, and I hope it helps you. I regularly carry out in-home service calls for all kinds of home repairs. I used to struggle to explain many issues clearly to customers. Since I started using this borescope, I can show customers the problems directly. It cuts down a lot of time spent explaining things and communicating. That’s the biggest benefit this tool offers me. It’s not about the price; more importantly, it genuinely boosts my work efficiency.
Great endoscope. It worked taking great pictures in a very tight space my finger wouldn’t fit. Very user friendly, also I love that it pivots. The shaft is flexible just the right amount . The light seems great with different settings. If your taking’s pictures, too much light over exposures
This is a fantastic, good-value borescope ideal for inspecting hard-to-reach hidden areas. I first used it to diagnose a car coolant leak. Its shape-retaining flexible steel shaft and articulating head let me examine the water pump with the engine running. The pump was fine, saving me an unnecessary part swap. Colour image quality is superb, and recording photos/videos is a great extra feature. I reused it for radiator replacement to check for debris and correct alignment. It was vital for inspecting the transmission cooler snap coupling, letting me confirm all locking tabs fully engaged. I also checked a cracked harmonic balancer and verified the keyway alignment when fitting the new one. No need for massive disassembly. This tool has endless uses and is fast becoming one of my go-to workshop tools.
I use it to inspect the inside of machinery, and it’s more than sufficient for my needs. The clarity is great, and I can see all the spots I’d normally have to take apart to check. This borescope saves me a ton of work. The hand feel is just a little lacking, but it’s not a big issue. It would be perfect if the next version improved the ergonomics.
Got it this afternoon and tested it out on an old junk motorcycle engine I have at home. The image clarity is fantastic! It doesn’t look quite as good when captured on my phone, but the view on the device itself is even sharper in person.
I’ve recorded a video for everyone to check out. The image clarity is solid and the build quality is good. For personal use, this is really well-priced — you don’t have to spend a fortune to get professional-level equipment like this. I’m planning to buy another one as a gift for my buddy, and I hope he likes it too.
It’s really simple to operate. There are only a handful of buttons; just press one to start recording video. No learning curve at all. On my very first use, I spotted a small fault inside the equipment right away. I don’t have to guess what’s going on anymore — it gives me so much confidence!
This thing is great, it’s my new favorite toy! I’m refreshing the top end of a Chevy 350 in an old Corvette and this thing has been invaluable inspecting otherwise unreachable places. The attached pic is from the inside skirt of a piston so I could identify it. On an engine stand I probably wouldn’t need the scope but in place while lying under the car it definitely made that a lot easier. The screen is large and it’s very easy to see and understand what you are looking at. The scope is plenty long enough and the articulating tip very, very useful. Battery life is excellent, I think I’ve charged it once after many hours of use. I do have a tendency to accidentally take pictures as the shutter button is easy to hit but that's not a big deal. I have transferred some of them to my PC and that's extremely easy. Comes with a nice case.
The borescope delivers really crisp inspection images. It has its own built‑in screen, so no phone or internet signal is required to operate it. The photo function is handy for reviewing shots later. I’ve only done a quick test so far, and the results blew me away. I’ll try it out properly in my workshop when I get some time off.
Really sweet camera, I’m a full time automotive tech. Got to use this on a handful of vehicles all ready and I can say it’s worth the money and purchase. Super clear photos, the articulating camera is sweet and makes it easy to see what I need.
I rely on this borescope for machinery repair work, and the image is extremely sharp. Gears, chains and thick sludge are all clearly visible. Can you believe the price? It’s just over $200, not $400 or $500. It delivers professional-level performance without the premium price tag of competing tools.
Super clear photos, the articulating camera is sweet and makes it easy to see what I need.
So far looks great 👍 👌 Looks well quality 👌 Go ahead and buy it
I find this borescope extremely practical for personal car maintenance, especially for checking carbon build-up inside cylinders when changing spark plugs. Before purchasing, I was worried it would be a total waste of money and just another gimmicky tool. However, the real-world user experience has been really impressive. The adjustable camera angle is highly flexible and reliable, allowing me to get a clear view of piston tops and valves with no issues at all. The 2MP image resolution is genuine and clearly visible in the photo quality, with no false advertising or exaggerated specifications from the manufacturer. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. The built-in LED lighting is just average. The picture stays sharp under strong ambient light, but the clarity drops noticeably when relying solely on the tool’s own LEDs in dim conditions. Fortunately, it works perfectly well with extra lighting from a torch or direct sunlight, which makes it completely usable for routine inspections. Another small issue is that the front LED lens gets quite warm during extended use. I tend to turn it off occasionally to let it cool down to avoid overheating. That being said, this is almost unavoidable for compact borescope probes. With such a tiny lens size paired with high-brightness lighting, the limited surface area for heat dissipation will always lead to some heat buildup, even on premium branded models. It is simply a matter of using the tool correctly and taking short breaks. Overall, it’s brilliant value for money and far exceeded my initial expectations.
A mate showed me this borescope at his home and recommended it. I waited a week for delivery, and it’s finally turned up. It’s a handy piece of kit, really simple to operate, with excellent picture quality that gives clear views inside machinery.
Ready to use right out of hand. No issues with weak signal at job sites. I can record videos locally for documentation, and that’s reassuring.
Perfect for property management inspections. The probe is slim. I picked the 2m version, and it handles nearly all routine inspection tasks.
It offers fantastic value for money and works incredibly well. I was also pleased to see it comes with multi-language menu options, which makes it much easier for users from different countries to operate the device without confusion. Everything is intuitive to navigate, and this multi-language support is a really thoughtful feature that you don’t always get on tools in this price range.
Have used it twice and am quite pleased with this scope. The Screen has good clarity and resolution. The head does take some getting it positioned right to use the articulating head in a specified direction as you feed it. The length is about right for most uses. Could easily gone with 5 stars.
Great resolution, it picks out all the small details. Parts on circuit boards are easy to make out. It’s a shame I didn’t choose the storage tool case.
Para mí, es una excelente herramienta todo al cien asta hoy ,el uso es frecuente. No hemos probado si funciona debajo el agua ,solo en la mecánica automotriz
Ones at this level are much more affordable, whereas the professional-grade ones cost a fortune. All in all, it’s pretty good and I’m quite happy with it.
Great product that meets my expectations
I got this for a gift. I’ve not had any feedback saying there’s anything wrong with it, so it should be perfectly good to use.
