You may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. Please contact support@mekrivo.com with your order number and reason for return. After you notify us, return the item within 14 days of our return instructions.
Please return items with their original packaging and all included parts. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that inspection or is damaged after delivery, any permitted reduction may reflect the loss in value.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, contact us first with photos or video so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and review reasonable return costs.
Do not send an item until we have confirmed the return instructions. The authorised Mekrivo return warehouse is:

Once a return reaches the authorised warehouse and is reviewed, we aim to process the refund within 5–7 working days. Your payment provider may take a further 2–7 working days to show the refund.
The order price includes customs-duty and import-tax handling. Customers are not asked to pay additional customs duties or import VAT on delivery.
If an address is incorrect, a parcel is undeliverable or a collection is missed, contact us promptly. We will review the carrier status and explain any available options before further action is taken.
